HILLS

These hills are just like roof gables except they are grass covered to blend with the ground. They are found in the decorative section under all, very cheap, add to the exterior room rating, drop with the walls and sell with the house. Useful for making tri-levels as shown in pic (hills are to the left of the stairs) or "basements". I imagine this could be taken to an extreme and used to make hillside homes too. Once again, much credit goes to both Miffy of Miffy's Architectural Supplies for Sims for alowing me to modify her original solid roof gables and Cooptwin ofAnother #%*& Sim Site for adapting the files in the first place so that they drop and sell with the house.

One warning tho, if you place these on the ground, your sims will mill around in them muttering the simmish equivalent of "What's all this then?". Blocking them off with plants, trees and water worked better for me.

RAINBOW OF TULIPS I got a request for tulips in many different shades and just kept doing until I had a whole rainbow of tulips - lol. (All in one zip.)
GARDEN SET! INCLUDES: 2 LARGE ROCKS, 1 ROCK GROUPING, 1 PLANT GROUPING (SHRUB), AND TWO TYPES OF MULCH. The bark mulches each have two objects - one full square of mulch and one rounded corner - an object that I've been working on for a long time!!! They are cloned from flowers so they can be placed under trees. Consequently, they need to be watered - the colors will deepen slightly when they are "in bloom". They will also begin to disintegrate if left alone and turn darker and finally earthy brown if left to "wilt" and "die".
ALYSSUM GROUND COVER: FULL SQUARE AND ROUNDED CORNER The sweet alyssum ground cover in both the full square and rotatable rounded corner - needs to be watered like other flowers.
