This custom home is my image of a Sim Princess's Palace: white and blue color scheme, lots of Juliet balconies, gardens, decorative pools and swimming pool. Very open floor plan with huge rooms and several walkways. Also, the first floor of one of the back towers is separate from the main house and could be used as a "guest" room or party room. I left the number of bathrooms and bedrooms open as the rooms are HUGE: could sleep lots of sims or you could use adjoining rooms as suites.

Formal entertainment space with dining area and a kitchen with informal dining space, den with pool table, double bath, hottub deck, living room, servo closet, and rec room on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms - one with kitchenette and two with baths, another double bath, exercise room, dance hall with the electric bull and DJ booth, hot tub balcony and a second balcony with easle. There is also a small outbuilding containing a bath and workshop. The exterior is completely landscaped and in the back, there is a large pool with center island bar.
