The following two homes are designed by me, but feature the lovely objects, walls, floors and roofs of other creators. Each house was done with the cooperation of a specific site. The downloads include everything you need with the permission of the creators and therefore are not subject to the free file-sharing of the rest of my houses and files. Please be respectful and DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE ANY OF THE FILES in the following two houses, so that other creators might allow me to use their things! :D

The Rivers Estate is a large modern house with huge living spaces downstairs and three bedrooms, 2 baths up.

This 2-3 bedroom house features two outdoor patios, one in the front and one in the back, plus an outdoor elevated veranda and huge, partially indoor/partially outdoor pool. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living area and hall, as well as a utility room and a two car garage. The upstairs, in addition to two master suites, has an adjoining room between them that could be used as an exersize room or perhaps a third bedroom or nursery. Overlooking the pool, there is a huge entertainment room and a bathroom large enough for the downtown stalls so you can entertain the whole neighborhood - enjoy!

This manor house features the wonderful walls, floors, roof and gorgeous silver windows and doors of SimJims. With permission (thank you SimJims!!!), they are all included in the download so no surfing necessary for the files. I do encourage you to jump over there and check out their site to pick up the furniture that matches the walls and floors though - it's awesome.

The Playa Del Sol is a 16 room mansion that was inspired by the ruins of temples in Mexico and South America. The exterior of this home has a pool with decorative surround, 2nd story central patio, two side balconies and is fully landscaped.

A spanish-style Villa with interior courtyard, very large living/entertainment area, formal dining room, kitchen, side lawn. Two master suites upstairs with adjoining balconies and foyer.

A very livable castle: could be furnished traditionally or converted to a modern manor house. The first floor has a kitchen, long dining hall, inner courtyard, large entry room plus three other large rooms, the bottom of the round tower, and five additional smaller rooms that are the bottoms of some of the square guardtowers. The connecting hall is big enough in places to add more rooms by sectioning it off if you wish. The upper story contains the throne room with balcony and the top of the round tower which is connnected to the throne room via a "secret passage". A catwalk connects 7 other rooms at the tops of the guard towers as well on this level. Some other features are the moat, five sets of stairs and arrow slits.
