This estate was built expressly for the wonderful Brunel Theme Set by Bunny Wuffle's . The interior features wallpapers from the whole current Simitecture staff - Manda, Jendea and Lyrral. The first floor includes a kitchen, dining room, entry hall, three large interior living rooms, bath, "winecellar" and conservatory. The second floor has four bedrooms and two bath rooms, a hall with room for furniture and two balcony "rooms". Exterior features many patios and garden "rooms" plus a pool. There is more in this estate than I could effectively picture!

Huge old Victorian not furnished or even decorated - ready for your customization! First floor has an Entry Hall, a Kitchen with adjoining Utility Room and Servo Closet, Dining Room, 2 Large Living Rooms plus two bonus rooms and one bath. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms, one narrow room (possibly a nursury) and 4 baths. Upper Balcony, Large Porch and Front Patio. I used a couple plants from Livin' Large and HotDate, but the house uses only The basic The Sims objects.

This is the lot where the park usually sits which I converted into a residential lot and made a huge home out of with 15 rooms total and 2 outbuildings. It is completely unfurnished and desperately in need of a decorators touch. The exterior features walls I made to match the "Pluto's Arch".
