This is a huge mansion type home. Definitly a great home for your successful sim, a large 8 person family, or a superstar. Lower floor has kitchen/dining room, laundry room, bath, and a large rec room, to host parties and such. Upper floor, has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a play area for the kiddies and a den area.

This is a home inspired by the beautiful Victorian Elegance Set by Lerilai. I attempted to make this home in Victorian style with a mix of natural yard with more formal gardens, a carriage entrance and oddly shaped (but usuable) rooms. There is an entrance hall, mud room for side entrance, parlor, den, bath, formal dining and huge eat in kitchen on the first floor. Second floor features a spa area, 2 large entertainment areas and master bedroom with bath. Second entertainment area could easily be redone as bedroom and bath.

Note: I did update this home with some SuperStar items, but they are only statues in the yard and so I believe the house would be perfectly usable without SuperStar.

The only custom files to collect for this house are *all* the Victorian Elegence Room Sets from Lerilai's Place.

This traditional home has a master suite with private patio on the first floor and a huge attached bath large enough for a spa. Additional first floor rooms include a guest bath, modern kitchen/great room with side entrance, plus a formal dining room, den, family room and bonus room. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms with bath or half bath areas, one with enclosed balcony plus an overlook room that faces the lake. In addition to the private patio, there are two small patios and unpaved space for a garden directly off the kitchen entrance for those with Unleashed. Note: Plots are not included for the conveniece of those downloaders who don't own Unleashed.

Huge South Western style home reminesent of old spain with modern conveniences. This style of house was the idea behind Rhonda's request for the Iron Gates :) and features them as the central entryway to the walled estate. Great floorplan with plenty of room for the whole family. There home also has a pool, patio area, two outbuildings, large backyard and is walled for privacy. The shopping list is a little more extensive than with most of our houses. (Rhonda is the update reporter on our forum and she has lots and lots of downloads!) This rendition of the house is actually pared down a bit to be easily usable by downloaders and the shopping list is well outlined. Enjoy!
