Extended Basic Neighborhood

The extended basic neighborhood includes all the unleashed lots. For those of you who are familiar with the basic neighborhood, the concept is the same. These homes and lots were created for people who enjoy decorating, but not building from scratch. They are all unfurnished, including the community lots.
There are a few differences from the original basic white neighborhood of houses 1-10. First, I incorporated plants from Livin' Large' because most people who have purchased Unleashed seem to have either Livin' Large or Deluxe. Also, I used a few of my white objects and plants as they seemed to go with the theme and kept me from going nuts using the same things over and over again while I did 30 lots - lol.
The houses can still be used "as-is" or the doors, windows, plants etc. can be used as "placeholders" and replaced by downloaded objects or by things from other expansion packs as you redecorate. In the There are 18 homes well within starting price, 6 midrange homes, 4 estates and 3 community lots (black roofs).
The original Neighborhood homes are unchanged and are available by clicking on the old neighborhood on the picture or clicking HERE

INSTRUCTIONS: It is important to prepare your neighborhood by zoning before installing your houses. To use this neighborhood, pick an empty unleashed neighborhood in your sims game (the original neighborhood can be full as the downloads on this page don't touch your houses 1-10.) Click on the rezone button (next to bulldoze) and rezone all the unleashed lots (50-80) to residential (green) except lots 53, 70 and 73. These should be zoned community (blue). You may also want to evict the stock families - it might be kinda strange with the Goths ending up in a starter or the Cat family is a one story bungalow etc.
You can then copy the lots over to your neighborhood. (IMPORTANT: All these lots are unfurnished - including the community lots - if you want to adopt pets etc., you have to furnish the community lots.) Enjoy your decorating! :)
