01-01-08: Hi everyone - sorry for the downtime. If you are accessing this site through the dot com address be aware that I am transferring the sims1 site back here and this server is being very picky about what kind of files it will accept. I have to go through and rename and recode for anything with a space or a wierd symbol in the name. Consequently, you might want to access the Simitecture site through the jendea dot net for a while. Wish me luck finding all those spaces! Oh, and the dot net site still has all the sims2 content too. Everything should be free and available. If you run into something that isn't working (on the dot net not the dot com) please drop me a note an I'll get to it asap. Thanks and happy simming new year!

jendea2 is a free to download site with sims2 stuff of all sorts, SimsShoppe is a sims 2 site, subscription based and is substitute for donation files for both this site and jendea2. It contains almost entirely new meshes.

The forum is down for the time being. I may reinstate some kind of forum depending upon interest - in the meantime, please email with any questions. (PS - I am sorry, but I am not taking sims1 requests right now.)

And yet another reminder! All the old sims 1 donation files are available for free now. I just moved the whole other site over "as-is" sooooo....

So, here's the reason our last update didn't have more creations by other staff members - they were all saved up and are now available on the new site! Check out SDS for KatArt's decor - mod and more; The interior stylings of VinGirl and Rowena, Vandi, CominoChino and Greer's lovely domiciles, Bacchus' wall and floor coord's, and of course Kit's terrific objects and sets!
So, feel free to take a break, go on over, test out their email and say HI or generally celebrate their offical grand opening!
