The Sims Zone is a very well rounded site with some of everything, including (hard to find) vacation and downtown lots, plus quite a few objects and skins. The navigation is easy and if you register (for free), there are no pop-up ads. Also of interest on this site is the ingenious SimBrother. If you don't know what this is, it's definitely worth a look, but beware! It's as addictive as the TV show! :)

Smooth Sim Designs is a nicely put together, up-and-coming free Sims site with skins and houses available for download as well as objects, walls and floors. They have an active staff and frequent updates! :)

Beautifully furnished houses are the main ingredient of this site, including Hillingham from the movie, "Bram Stoker's Dracula". No ads or pop-ups either, just amazing homes.

Super skins! A small site with new, very talented skinners!

Bunny Wuffles's Architectural Supplies for The Sims! (OK, I'm still not used to the new name - lol!) The *best* site for house building sets hands down - with information about the historical background of the architecture. Plus, this site offers a collection of tutorials for object creation and is the home of the recolorers resource, a list of clone friendly sites and their policies.

Manda Industries is a growing site with frequent updates and a little of everything - houses, objects, walls, floors, forum and even a finds section.

Tribecca's is a fast growing site with great houses and a huge selection of modern walls and floors, including lots of woods, tile and carpet. Now with some modern objects too! One of my frequently visited and a "must see" for lovers of modern, retro and/or Bauhaus styles..:)

Simagination is a relatively new site that features a variety of rooms sets including an Egyptian themed room and a sauna! They recently merged with Lofty Sims, so it looks like they will also be offering some wonderful houses soon. :)

Daisy's Sims specializes in walls and skins. Voted the best wall maker in both the Sim Emmy's (April 2003) and Sims Italia Awards. While you are browsing through the pages and pages of great walls tho, make sure not to miss the skins. They have gorgeous sets and 17 *pages* of casuals in all different styles, 5 pages of formals and more!

Seasonal Sims, (note: hosted by simshost and therefore a paysite) is the second home ofRowena De Vandal. If you check them out, you can see more of Rowena's lovely walls and floors, objects and even a carpet tutorial. Several other sim artists have skins, lots, walls and objects on the site and it looks like they are planning a The Sims 2 section of the site as well.

This fun, house building contest site is part of our network of friends. Win one of their contests and you could find youself the recipient of a password to our donations files. They are soon to have downloads as well!

The "B" list: an interesting, very informative listing of great Sim Sites (OK I think so because we made the list - lol). All joking aside, this list is a cut above the others in that it has descriptions and a key to what you can expect to find available on the site.

The Sims Showcase is a frequently updated site with the "best of" the webs downloads for the Sims. They truly do search through and pick some of the most beautiful objects, skins and houses. This is a site I personally frequent for a sampling of many sites wonderful creations available for download. They have their own downloads too!

Large list of links - from all over the world! Categorized alphabetically - the site looks German, but the links are all categorized by name, so it is easily navigated by the European impaired. There are some sporadic innocuous pop-up adds with this site.
