Stone wall-counter and stepped end peice (LL) to match. The wall acts as a normal counter and could be used for BBQ's and rustic kitchens too, I suppose. :) The stepped end peice is a decor item only (sims do NOT walk up them) and can be found under decor/statuary. The end peice is slightly oversized to blend into the counter and while it works well with the counter, plants and against side walls, I would not recommend it to use against the wall head on. The Interior Arch for the Italian Villa: this is actually a set of three items and is somewhat changed from the original group that I first posted. The arch looks the same, but now thanks to Robyn of Well Dressed Sims (who sent me the set cloned from the vacation window with two sides) the side arches are now available as windows (does require Vacation expansion pack, of course). To create the illusion of empty space between them, there is a transparent wall window and a transparent wall door. This allows you to control the flow of traffic and let the sims walk through them if you place the door there (or not if you place a window) as you like.
Click the picture or HERE TO DOWNLOAD The Arch Window/Door Set. Instructions: Create a regular wall, go to the windows section under "Build" and place the curved arch peices on either side of where you want your arch to be, then select the transparent window from the same section and place it anywhere you do not want your sims to walk through the archs, then go to the door section and place the transparent door anywhere you want your sims to be able to walk through the arhces. If you do not have vacation, I have a set of side arches that work as doors: Click HERE TO DOWNLOAD The Arch Door. Please also download the set above for the transparent door and window. *Special thanks to Robyn of Well Dressed Sims for the fixing the side arches so that they could be windows. I was having a heck of a time making them work! Her kind assistance helped me figure out the whole custom wall thing and inspired me to improve the quality of the arch itself too. |
